TELESALES EXECUTIVE MIDLANDS
ADVERTISING
BASIC Ј14000 to Ј20,000 pa ( depending on experience ) OTE Ј26,000 + 20 DAYS HOLIDAY + COMPANY PENSION + BENEFITS
The Company
Our client is one of the largest publishers in europe, providing an excellent range of highly successful advertising mediums, varying across many sectors, They can boast some of the most prominent blue chip organisations within their client portfolio, and have now developed a vast reputation which continues to grow, and due to their success, my client are now seeking to recruit a Telesales Executive who will report to the Advertising Sales Manager, you will be joining a team of experienced sales staff helping grow the profile of their current successful titles and help boost the companies goals and ambitions. Our client offer excellent career prospects, stability and the opportunity to grow in this fast dynamic paced industry.
The Role
Your role will be to build on the existing relationships within your client portfolio, and as you will be given the opportunity to target new companies with your new business skills, you can then build your own client base through your hard work and tenacity, Your successful sales background will enable you to discuss the advertising solutions the company offer at management level, and you will be required to represent the company in a highly professional manner. Your drive, ambition, and tenacity will help you achieve the targets set, Ongoing training will be given to enable the candidate to enjoy hitting the targets and earning the fabulous bonus`s on offer.
The Person
Ideally candidates will have:-
- A proven track record of successful sales
- Experience of commercial media sales
- Excellent personal and communication skills
- Tenacity and enthusiasm
